Full Figure Fitness
A fitness class just for mid-size and plus-size women, led by a plus-size woman, and you’re invited to join!
This is a supportive, judgment-free space where we move our bodies to feel good, not to fit anyone else’s mold. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to stay consistent, this class is all about building strength, confidence, and mobility at any fitness level. We’ll focus on bodyweight exercises, dumbbell strength training, stretching, and mobility.

What to bring: A set of dumbbells and a yoga mat if you want extra cushion
Cost: $10 per drop-in or $65/month for unlimited classes
Schedule: Classes are offered 3 times per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Come as often or as little as you’d like!
